Revelation 3:4-6 - Sardis

4 Yet you have a few people in Sardis who have not soiled their clothes. They will walk with Me, dressed in white, for they are worthy. 5 The one who is victorious will, like them, be dressed in white. I will never blot out the name of that person from the book of life, but will acknowledge that name before My Father and His angels. 6 Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches.

There are those who are still faithful. They are not dead. They have held onto their faith. They will walk with Jesus. The one of you who wakes up, strengthens what remains, remembers what he received, keeps it, and repents will be victorious and will walk with Jesus like those who have been faithful.

Jesus assures us that He will never remove the name of the person who repents from the book of life, but will acknowledge it before God. There is always hope for anyone who keeps their heart open and sensitive to the Spirit; for the one who will hear His Words.

The ground is level at the foot of the cross. Those who have preached 1,000 sermons are equal to the one who repented just today upon hearing Jesus’ call. Both will be recognized by Jesus before His Father. I hope we all can walk today and realize that everyone we encounter is our equal. There is only one God.
